'25 Hybrid Calligraphy - Rear Vent Blowing Hot Air with AC on Low

Has anyone experienced this issue? We got the car a few days ago and are taking it on its first road trip. After about three hours, the rear passenger-side vent started blowing very hot air, even though the AC was set to 74°F. We had to turn the AC to Low to make the vent feel lukewarm.

Edit: The issue is with the second-row vent behind the passenger seat.

When you say rear, do you mean the 3rd row?

No, it’s the second row. The vent behind the passenger seat.

We had a similar problem with the second-row vent over the summer. We didn’t notice it was blowing hot air on our toddler for 20 minutes while we were using the AC up front. It’s one of my HVAC complaints, and neither Hyundai nor my dealer has been helpful.

Did the dealer refuse to fix it under warranty?

They couldn’t figure out the issue, and replicating it was tricky.
