Is anyone else getting an error message when trying to use the Bluelink app? Just wondering if this is a widespread issue or something on my end.

Yep, got the error this morning and again tonight. I’m in Canada. Not ideal for this time of year!

I’m in the US. Just tried it at 5 PM PT, and it worked fine. First time I’ve used it today, though.
It’s been down for me since January 8th. Neither Hyundai nor the dealership has been able to help. I’ve reset the head unit and reinstalled the app, but no luck. The “live” message isn’t showing in the car, but the modem number is there, so maybe it’s not completely dead and could be fixed? It’s frustrating because I have a PHEV, and so many features rely on this.

Thanks for confirming. I also noticed the “locate your vehicle now” feature is way off—it says my car is 16 km away!
I used remote start today at 7 AM and again at 10 PM without any issues. I’m in Pennsylvania.
Still not working here in Canada.
