Some are, but I think it depends. You can check the VIN—if it starts with ‘K,’ it’s from Korea. There’s a lot of back-and-forth on where they’re built.
Why take a brand-new car to a third-party tire shop? Surely they’re balanced at the factory. Something’s not adding up here.

We went because the dealer kept brushing us off, saying, ‘That’s just how it drives with 21-inch tires,’ which isn’t true. So we got a second opinion to prove there’s an issue, then showed the report to the service manager. Isn’t that what most people would do?
