Should I go for the Calligraphy or Limited trim?

I would have been fine with the SEL, but my wife wanted the Limited.

Hope you’re enjoying your Limited!

We bought a 2024 Santa Fe Calligraphy in Earthy Brass with Black Interior. It’s an amazing vehicle. The captain’s chairs in the middle row make it really easy for our kids to get into the third row without moving any seats. My only issue is the 21” rims with low-profile tires. Low-profile tires on a heavier SUV are a bad idea. I hit a pothole and had to replace two tires. Fortunately, the extra warranty covered the cost, but they only cover it once. I don’t really like the silver trim or rims on the Limited, so I wouldn’t have gone that route. The XRT doesn’t have the tech, so the Calligraphy was the best option for me.

@Stevie
$600 per tire!? Yikes! I hear you on switching to cheaper tires in the future. Thanks for sharing your choice!

I bought a Calligraphy and I feel like no one talks about the Highway Drive Assist System. The Calligraphy is the only Santa Fe model that comes with the upgraded Highway Drive Assist 2 system. It’s way smoother than the system on the other models, and it even changes lanes for you. You don’t have to touch the wheel as long as your eyes are on the road. The Calligraphy also has the suede headliner, heads-up display, digital rear view mirror, and captain’s chairs. If you can, test drive both and see the difference in the driving systems. I really recommend the Calligraphy.

@Frankie
I can’t wait to test drive both! The Calligraphy’s features really have me intrigued, but I need to weigh the pros and cons, especially with my budget. Thanks for sharing your experience and pointing out the Highway Drive Assist System.

I went with the Calligraphy. The HDA2 system was totally worth it. The HUD and digital rearview mirror are awesome, and I enjoy them every day.
