Wanted to share this quick review. Like many I don’t love the new egg shaped keyfob. Have this a try and am quite happy with it.
Quality is excellent. Made of zinc metal with fake leather covers. It goes over the OEM keyfob and is held together by screws. Because it’s a cover, it does add a little bit of size and weight but not by much.
I like the shape of the new cover way more and all buttons are accesible and work well.

For me, the size is already huge, adding a cover just makes it worse. Hyundai really messed up with this goofy key fob.
I agree. But for me, the look and feel improved, and I can live with the size. I’m also trying to stick with the digital key more to avoid carrying it around.
I got almost the same one. It just has a different attachment for key rings. I don’t keep my fob in my pocket, just in my purse. I wanted something to protect it and give it a little weight since it felt flimsy without the cover.
I got this one because it’s a one-piece cover that protects all the buttons, but it makes the side buttons hard to press. Maybe I just have weak fingers.

Agreed. I bought this cover but removed it because the side buttons were really hard to use.

I had one like that, but the printing on the front was off, and all the buttons were misaligned. I went back to my 2-piece snap-on key fob cover.

Nice! Do we need to keep the QR sticker on the back of the key on the key itself, or can it just be kept in our safe with other important stuff?
I kept the one on my spare key and threw the other one away.
