For those who bought the 24 or 25 hybrid, what other vehicles were you considering and what made you choose the Santa Fe? Appreciate any input!
I looked at the Kia Telluride, but there’s no hybrid version, so that was a no-go.
The Toyota Highlander had a huge delay, so I ruled it out.
I considered the Mazda CX90, but I don’t really like Mazda that much. Just my opinion.
The Nissan XTrail had a dated interior, and although the deal was great, I didn’t like it at all.
The Honda Pilot was nice but the interior felt old and it was more expensive.

Thanks for sharing!
I was looking at the Kia Sorrento, but the Santa Fe just made more sense. Everything on the Hyundai felt either the same or better. The only thing some people might not like is the boxy look, but that’s subjective.
I also looked at some Mazda SUVs, but the inside just felt boring compared to the Santa Fe.
I briefly thought about the Volvo XC60, but it felt overpriced for what you got, and I heard the brand wasn’t as good as it used to be.
The Santa Fe just hit the right price and value for me.
I was going to get the Palisade, but when I saw the Santa Fe at the dealership, I loved the look and bought it on the spot. I got a 2024 Limited and have been loving it for the past month.
I considered the Mazda CX-90. It’s a beautiful car with great color options and feels luxurious like my old Lexus RX, but it was too expensive to get the nicer trim.
The Honda Pilot seemed like the sensible choice because of its reliability, but it felt boring.
I also checked out the Subaru Ascent, but I wasn’t a fan of the giant screen.
The Santa Fe beat them in everything else—price, comfort, tech, smooth ride, and warranty. I ended up getting the 2025 Limited Hybrid and love it so far!
I looked at the Toyota Kluger, but the '24 Santa Fe had so much more tech in the base model. For the same price as a used Kluger, I could get a brand new Santa Fe with all the features I wanted.
Also, the third-row airbags in the Santa Fe made it a much better option for my older kids.
I considered the Nissan Pathfinder, Toyota Grand Highlander (both gas and hybrid), Mazda CX-90, and used Lexus RX350 and Infiniti QX60.
I even looked into EVs like the Ioniq 5 and Chevy Blazer RS EV, but the tech, cabin design, and great mpg for the money made me go with the Santa Fe.
I was looking at the Kia Sorento and Jeep Grand Cherokee, but coming from an Audi, the Santa Fe was the only one that made me feel like I was still in a luxury vehicle. So far, it hasn’t disappointed.
I considered the Toyota Grand Highlander (gas and hybrid), Telluride, Mazda CX-90, Tesla Model Y, and Palisade.
The Grand Highlander had a long wait and the hybrid ended up being too expensive with dealer add-ons.
The Telluride and Palisade were nice, but I really wanted a hybrid.
I didn’t test the Mazda CX-90 because once I test-drove the Santa Fe Hybrid, I knew I wanted it.
I have a 2024 Hybrid Limited and love it—it’s so comfortable and has the best tech for the price. I’ve driven 3500 miles so far with no issues.
