Bought a 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid Preferred Trend, but I can’t find much info on the tires it comes with.
Pickup is mid-Dec, and since it’s Canadian winter, I’ll be driving a few hundred km to bring it home. Trying to figure out if they’re snow-appropriate or if I need to arrange snow tires.
They come with Kumho Crugen HP71 tires, but they’re not snow-rated. They’re standard, low-cost OEM tires. They have an ‘M&S’ rating, but they don’t perform well in real snow.

Looked these up on Canadian Tire, and they aren’t M+S rated there. I’ll get snow tires eventually, but I’m hoping to avoid dealer prices and get home first.

They barely meet the ‘M&S’ label requirements. They look like regular three-season tires.
Not sure of the exact tire on hybrids, but they’ll be All-Season. AWD should help get you home. My 2025 Calligraphy came with Pirelli Scorpions, but the Hybrid might be different.
Where in Canada are you? We put a deposit on the same model but don’t have an arrival estimate.

I called around to multiple dealers to find unclaimed inventory inbound and ended up buying out of province.
In California, my Limited model came with Pirellis.
