I love how the white seats look right now, but I’m worried about how they’ll age. Anyone have experience with these over time?
Mine are already turning blue from my jeans after two months, but luckily it wipes off so far.

What kind of jeans are you wearing?!

Dark wash jeans from Express. Most dark denim tends to transfer dye to light leather seats. It’s a pretty common issue if you look into it.

What about putting a towel on the seat to protect it?

Or seat covers! Or I could just stop wearing pants in the car. For now, I’ll stick with wiping it down once a month.

What are you using to clean it? Does it actually make it look like new again?

So far, just water or a quick detailer has done the trick. It looks like new, except for a few wrinkles forming on the edges from wear.

That’s good to know. I’ve been considering the grey interior but was worried about staining. Feeling better about it now!
No jeans allowed in my car. That’s my rule.

Got it! I’ll keep that in mind.
Any photos? Which model do you have? Are we talking SUVs or cars? Cloth or leather?

You’ve probably seen these white seats, right? They look amazing in year one, but what about by year five?
@Darin
Go for what you love! I’ve got the grey/white seats, and I’m loving them. I used to have dark grey cloth seats, and these are a huge upgrade. The interior looks super clean, and people compliment them all the time.
My dad had a white leather Kia Optima, and his seats held up great for years—even though he bought it used.
@Eli
That’s reassuring. I was worried they might stain easily and look awful after a while.
