24/25 Hybrid Owners… What Real-World MPG Are You Getting?

Am I missing something here? I’ve got a 24 Hybrid AWD Calligraphy and am averaging 29.3 mpg over 2600 miles with mixed driving. On a road trip from MI to NY, I got around 25-28 mpg at 60-65 mph.

I’m in the same boat, getting around 30-31 mpg with 2000 miles. Your numbers are similar to mine.

Averaging 34.5 mpg after 500 miles here in NYC. Lots of stop-and-go traffic.

I know plug-ins aren’t everyone’s favorite, but I love my PHEV AWD Black Edition. Aside from a few minor electrical issues, I’m really happy with the fuel efficiency.

I can get about 70km (40 miles) mostly in EV mode on a single charge, which is perfect for my daily routine. Charging at home costs about 3€—way cheaper than gas here in Germany.

After a month with 2000km (about 1250 miles), I’m getting around 3.7L/100km (about 63.5 mpg).

@Skye
What year’s your PHEV?

It’s a 2024 :slightly_smiling_face:

Didn’t realize they had PHEVs available—must be non-US. They aren’t here yet, I think?

I’m getting around 32 mpg.

I have a 24 Hybrid and live in Canada. My average is currently 8L/100km (about 29 mpg). I’ve noticed it’s getting less efficient as it gets colder… hoping it doesn’t get too bad in winter.

Yup, winter weather usually brings down the fuel efficiency for all cars.

@Teo
Yeah, I expected that.

I’m averaging around 7.5 over 8000 km. Since it got colder, the engine starts up immediately to warm the coolant. Hurts mpg on short trips, but not as much on long drives.

I manually checked over three tanks and consistently got about 10-15% less mpg than what the dash says.

The dash showed 33, 35, and 38 mpg, but my calculations were 28, 31, and 33 mpg.

I have a FWD Calligraphy with a full-size spare tire, which probably affects my mpg a bit.

@Harlem
Same here. When I calculated my last refill, I got around 30 mpg, about 10% less than what the dash shows.
