Not to sound like a broken record, but I think this might actually help someone. I have a one-month-old Hybrid Limited, and Bluelink has never worked. Like many others, I found calling Bluelink support to be a waste of time. I decided to contact my dealer instead, and they told me there’s a new recall for the head unit. I took my car in today, and they gave me a loaner.
I don’t know which vehicles are included in this recall, but since many of us have been struggling with Bluelink, I thought this info might help someone. I’ll update once I know if this fixes the issue.

I’ll update once I know more. My service person said it’s a new recall. If you’re not having Bluelink issues, maybe this doesn’t apply to you.
Oh, I’m definitely having Bluelink problems. They’ve even started lying to me in emails now. Hopefully, this recall (if it exists) can fix it. Let us know what you find out!
It seems like something broke on the Bluelink system back in December. They either haven’t fully fixed it or messed up some head units in the process, judging by all the complaints.
Have you tried contacting Bluelink support? I had an issue when I got my 2024 Limited earlier this year. It took about two weeks for them to review and fix, but they eventually called me back. I had to restart the car a couple of times while they were on the phone, and it worked. The person who called me said they were part of the engineering team, not the regular support staff. It might be worth trying them again.
@Tyler
I’ve called them at least four times. They couldn’t fix it and said an engineer would contact me, but they didn’t give a timeline. I’m not optimistic they’ll call back, so I’m relying on my dealer to fix it.
@Rafe
Sorry to hear that your experience has been so rough. At least the dealer seems to be taking steps to help. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon so you can fully enjoy your car.
