$2k off hybrid MSRP, $3k off ICE are pretty common with no dealer add-ons, and reasonable doc fees. Not sure if anyone has done much better than that.
In NC, we are picking up a 25 calligraphy tomorrow. Sticker was $50,640. Discount was $2656. Rebate was $3500 which brought it down to $44,484. I traded in my low mileage 21 Mustang GT and with the trade and payoff I had left, the OTD was $37,380.

Forgot to mention $2k down.
I negotiated my trade up $500 and got the $1000 HMF cash and $500 for military. So about $2000 off. There was probably another $1-$1.5k to be had but I wanted the blue with gray interior on a Calligraphy hybrid and it was the only one for 150 miles so had little to no bargaining chips.
They supposedly gave me the appearance package (a coating inside and out) at “cost” for $500 (doubt it) and added the 3rd brake light pulse when you tap the brakes for free (just a software add-on, wouldn’t be surprised if it already had that from factory).
