SOLVED: My Bluelink app stopped working. Whenever I try to use any actions, they fail, and the odometer, fuel level, and location all show values from Oct 31st. I’ve already reinstalled the app, but still no luck.
Is your Bluelink in-car active and connected? Check in the settings. If it’s not, try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it after about 30 minutes.

Bluelink worked fine for about 6 months. This is a new issue.

The on-board diagnostics say the ‘modem is not connected’. I’ve already disconnected the battery. Let’s see if it reconnects in half an hour.

I had the same problem, and this procedure worked for me.
