Is this price right or is the dealer playing games?

This is a bad deal. Decline all those dealer accessories – they’re overpriced. What’s the MSRP? It looks like they’re charging above that. And the $400 trade-in? Does it even run? The tires and wheels alone could sell for more than that.

I’d push for a few more discounts or rebates, or shop around at a few more dealerships to get better offers. The dealer is basically throwing away your old car with that $400 trade-in. If they don’t want it, tell them you’ll look elsewhere. The 2024 model should have more discounts, so you could get a better deal on a late model. And be sure to reject all those add-ons like door edge guards, window tint, Xzilon, etc. That’s just the dealer’s way of inflating prices. SEL trim is a much better value, especially if you don’t mind the price difference. Also, keep in mind that white is a $1,000 price increase on MSRP.

This is definitely not a good deal. And those $99 door trim things are useless. They get dirty really quickly and end up looking bad.

This is a bad deal. The worst add-on is that Xzilon ceramic coating. I bought a black 2025 Calligraphy Hybrid, and the dealer wanted $1,500 for that. I told them no and had my detail guy do it instead. Don’t fall for that kind of markup. You can definitely do better.

This price is a little high. My SEL Hybrid was $38,000, so it seems overpriced compared to that.

Do not go for this deal. The numbers are awful. I just saw 1.99% financing for 72 months on 2024 Santa Fes.

I just got a 2025 SEL FWD for $35,800 with 0% financing for 48 months through Hyundai Capital.

That $499 doc fee? Total scam.

I wouldn’t accept that trade-in value. If your car runs, you could get more from selling it privately or taking it to Carvana. Keep the pressure on the dealer; they’re trying to get you to pay a lot more than you should.
