Not sure where you’re located, but I got a ‘25 Hybrid Calligraphy with trade-in for $44,500, so paying $44k for a non-hybrid ‘24 Limited seems steep.

I’m in New York. The lowest I’ve seen here for a non-hybrid Calligraphy is $47k.
First of all, it’s a Hyundai… don’t overpay for this.
